The Maule Valley in Chile has a Mediterranean like climate, with mild winters and dry summers, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets superb sunlight. Yields are carefully controlled to produce concentrated wines, with excellent quality and elegance.Alcohol % – 12.5

Tasting Notes: A fruity Cabernet with a sweet first touch. Reminds blackcurrant and plum pie mingled harmoniously with graphite and toasted coffee flavours. Soft and juicy. It has a silky texture with firm and rounded tannins which give a very pleasant aftertaste.
