The LES AURÉLIENS ROUGE belongs to the eminent Trieness Brand, and it is made of a grape variety of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah, aged in barrels for 12months, then lightly fined and filtered. The Vinification process varies from 12 to 25 days for most lots and up to 30 and 35 days for certain exceptional lots. Daily pump-overs on the Cabernet-Sauvignon, punch-downs on the Syrah.
