GIACOMO MONTRESOR AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA (SATINATO)
Made from a blend of Corvine Veronese, Rondinella & Molinara.
It is cultivated in Montresor’s vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico zone (north-west of Verona).
APPELLATION: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
GRAPES: Corvine Veronese 50%, Rondinella 35%, Molinara 15%
APPEARANCE: Deep ruby red colour with pomegranate reflections.
AROMA: Ethereal nose which reminds of peach blossoms, violets, raspberry and mint.
PALATE: On the palate it is intense, refined; it displays full body and smoothness, with clear notes of dried grapes.
FOOD PAIRING: Beef, Lamb, Venison.
SERVE: 18/20 °C
