DESCRIPTION
The Peumo vineyard is located at 170 meters above sea level and extends along the Cachapoal River, in terraced hills of the Costa mountain range. The vines correspond to pre-phylloxera cuttings and are driven in a vertical trellis. The soils are deep and thanks to a first layer of clay they retain moisture, this allows the vine to be active until the end of May, which is when the Carmenere is harvested, in addition to controlling its vigor and growth.
Vol: 750ml
Alc%: 14%
Brand: MARQUES
Varietal: Carmenere

Tasting note: Deep and dark red in color, this wine shows the classic profile of Carmenere de Peumo, with intense notes of ripe plums, black sarsaparilla and dark chocolate. The wine shows a firm tannic structure and a marked acidity.
