The Blanc 2019 Domaine de Triennes Les Aureliens is a light-footed alcohol with a subtle presence of oak allows for a bright expression of the fruit. Fermentation and ageing in a mix of steel tanks, large oak casks and barrels. Malolactic fermentation depending on the balance of the vintage.
Established in 1989 by two Burgundian superstars, Jacques Seyss of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine de Triennes has quickly evolved itself as one of the finest estates in Provence.
