DESCRIPTION

TASTING NOTE:

Potent aromas of ripe fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, and plums. The palate is very well balanced with ripe tannins, generous volume, and a long, persistent finish.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

17º – 19º C (62º – 66º F). Highly recommended with red/gamey meat, charcuterie and cheeses. Decant for at least 30 minutes.
