An elegant wine which blends succulent cassis and plum flavours with chocolate and liquorice characters and hints of spearmint and spice. The fruit was sourced from premium, low-cropping vineyards in the Barossa and Coonawarra regions of South Australian. The rich blend is left for 16 months to mature and enhance the complexities of two great varieties.
